Dehydration and Symptoms of Delayed-Onset Muscle Soreness in Hyperthermic Males

Dehydration resulted in overall higher perceived extremity pain of 44% that persisted 96 hours after exercise. Isometric strength was consistently lower in the dehydrated state, remaining 8.5% reduced at 96 hours after exercise.
